The E-2 treaty investor visa allows a citizen of a treaty nation to live in the United States by directing a substantial investment in an American business. It is renewable indefinitely — for as long as the enterprise operates.

Approval in four to six months. Passports issued for the family; treaty-nation standing secured for a lifetime — and for the generations after you.

A substantial, at-risk investment in an active American business — a franchise, a trading company, a family office operation — structured with specialist U.S. counsel.
The E-2 Visa
